Day 41 > Grandmother's Four Leaf Clovers

A number of years ago, after my Grand father passed away, I in- herited a stack of old hardcover books. Among them were a couple of foreign language textbooks, one Spanish, the other French, that had been used by my Grandmother during her high school days sometime in the late 1920's or early 1930's.
One day I happened to flip through the French lesson book and discovered, tucked into the middle of the pages, a small collection of four leaf clovers that I can only assume were found and saved there by my Grandmother.

I wonder if the power of a four leaf clover to bring good luck slowly dwindles with age or if perhaps it only grows stronger. If so, then these clovers, now nearly 80 years old, may be the luckiest there ever were.
